At Yoga Trends Studio, our diverse class offerings include Mat Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Wheel Yoga, and Chair Yoga, taught across three levels-from beginner to multi-level, intermediate, and advanced. Kids and senior yoga sessions are available as well. We also feature specialty sessions such as Gong Bath.
Class durations range from 60 to 90 minutes, catering to different schedules and preferences.
All our classes are small group of 3-12 students per class

Popular with our senior practitioners, recovering athletes (and aspiring golfers). The chair provides access even for the stiffest of practitioners. Best for those who are building or regaining strength and looking to increase range of motion.
Core Flow - B
This beginner-friendly version of Core Flow Yoga focuses on building muscular strength, endurance and stamina through a series of moderately paced movements. While the original class may be more intense, this version is designed to help beginners gradually develop strength and coordination at a comfortable pace.
Gong Bath
A therapeutic session using the healing vibrations of the gong to promote deep relaxation and stress relief. The sound waves produced can lower cortisol levels and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, enhancing emotional well-being. This practice not only calms the mind but also encourages physical healing by fostering a state of profound tranquillity.
Hatha - 1
Specifically designed for beginners, providing a comprehensive introduction to the essential building blocks of a physical yoga practice. This class features a balanced mix of standing, seated, and foundational inverted poses, taught at a pace that allows for thorough understanding and reflection.
Aerial Backbend
Experience the unique thrill of our Aerial (Trapeze) Backbend class, a captivating 75-minute session designed to enhance your flexibility, strength, and confidence while exploring the beauty of backbends in an aerial setting. This back bending-dedicated class features signature sequences that advance standing, seated, and inverted backbends, allowing for deeper stretches than traditional floor-based classes.
Core Flow - M
Core Flow Yoga is a dynamic, medium-paced class that combines fluid movements with strength-building postures. In this class, poses are sequenced to flow smoothly, with moments of explosive energy to challenge both the body and mind. The practice is specifically designed to enhance muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, and overall stamina.
Gentle Stretch
A soothing yoga class focused on nurturing the body and mind through gentle seated, supine, and standing postures. This accessible practice promotes flexibility and relaxation, making it ideal for all levels. It’s the perfect way to balance your regular yang practice with a nurturing yin experience.
Hatha - 2
In this 90-minute Level 2 class, students will practice a non flow-based sequence of Classical Hatha postures. Designed for those with a solid foundation, this class focuses on strength, flexibility, and balance, providing a challenging yet rewarding experience for intermediate to advanced practitioners.
Aerial Hip & Shoulder
Designed for accessibility, enhances flexibility, mobility, and range of motion in the hips and shoulders. With the aid of hammock, through targeted movements at a gentle pace, it releases tension and improves joint mobility. Ideal for all levels, including beginners and those seeking recovery.
